How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent local provider. Not a salesperson for Ruralproposed Septic. Not a call center that does the work. The provider runs their own business and does their own jobs.
What happens next
You send a request or Request a callback to check provider availability. Your details go to a provider in the network that serves your area. The provider reaches out.
They will ask about your home. Expect questions like these:
- What are you seeing? Slow drains, odors, wet ground, backups?
- How old is the house and the system?
- Is there a basement with a sump pump?
- Has anyone repaired the lines or tank before?
- Do you have a private well?
Older homes get more questions. That is normal. Aging pipe and old repairs change the plan.
What to ask a provider
Keep a short list. Ask these before anyone starts work.
- What do you think is wrong, and how will you confirm it?
- Is this pumping, a repair or a bigger job?
- Can I have the quote in writing?
- What could change the price once work begins?
- Will you pull permits if they are needed?
- Do you handle drainfield repair or water well service, or only part of the job?
If the answer is vague, ask again. A good provider explains it plainly.
You are in control
Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can compare quotes. You can ask for a second opinion. You can say no.
Costs vary a lot by job. Pumping is usually a modest, routine expense. Repairs and sewer line work can run much higher. A written quote is the only number that matters.
