How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Ruralproposed Septic wants each homeowner to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Ruralproposed Septic
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start with the provider. Raise it with them directly. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Ruralproposed Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@ruralproposed.world. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
